These terms govern your use of Woosh, operated by ViVeCo BV (enterprise number BE 0797.030.687, Belgium). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Woosh helps you stay in the loop with your friends — see who's around, who's out, and what's happening. The service is provided as-is and may change as we improve it.

You must provide a valid phone number you control and use the service only for yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Woosh.

Woosh notifies you in the app. If you have no Woosh app installed on your phone, a notification may be sent to your phone number as a text message instead, because there is no other way to reach you. Most of these stand in for a notification that someone else's activity caused. A few are our own reminders — to install the app if you never did, to turn your location back on, or about an event you said yes to. None of them is advertising for a third party. You can switch them all off at any time in Settings under Notifications, or by replying STOP to any text; either one stops all of them. Login codes are separate: you request those yourself and they keep working.

Don't use Woosh to harass, impersonate, spam, harvest data, or break the law. Don't attempt to disrupt the service or bypass our security. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By importing contacts you confirm you have a legitimate basis to share them with us for the purpose of using the service.

Woosh has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. You may not post, send or share content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit or violent, or that sexualises or endangers a child — and you may not stalk, impersonate or abuse anyone through Woosh.

We review every report and act on it within 24 hours: content that breaks these rules is removed, and the account behind it is suspended or permanently removed. You can report any user, message, picture, group or event from inside the app, and you can block any user at any time — blocking removes their content from your view immediately.

Child sexual abuse material is reported to the authorities and the account is removed permanently. Child safety policy

To the extent permitted by law, ViVeCo BV's liability for any claim arising from your use of Woosh is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for free users, is zero).

Woosh's safety-alert (panic button) feature is a best-effort convenience, not an emergency service. Delivery depends on network, device, and recipient availability and is not guaranteed. It does not replace official emergency services — in an emergency always contact your local emergency number (such as 112). To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViVeCo BV accepts no liability for any alert that is missed, delayed, undelivered, or not acted upon.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
