Delete your account
You can delete your Woosh account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent.
Delete from the app
1. Open Settings from the menu.
2. Under Account, tap “Delete account”.
3. Resolve any groups or events you solely manage, then confirm. You're signed out and your data is removed.
What gets deleted
Your profile and phone number, friends and contacts, messages, photos, location history, places, and group/event memberships. Groups and events you created that others still use stay, with management handed to a remaining admin.
Retention
Data is removed immediately. Backups and logs that may contain limited information are rotated out within 30 days.
Can't access the app?
Email us from the contact of your registered number and we'll delete your account for you: hello@woosh.social.
