Woosh (ViVeCo BV) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Woosh is intended for people aged 16 and over. This page sets out the standards we uphold to keep minors safe and to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE on our service.

We prohibit any content or behaviour that sexualises, endangers, or exploits a child. We act on reports quickly: we remove offending content, ban the accounts involved, preserve evidence, and report CSAM to the competent authorities.

The following are never allowed on Woosh and result in immediate account termination and, where required, referral to law enforcement:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — sharing, requesting, or linking to it.

• Grooming, solicitation, or any sexual communication directed at a minor.

• Sextortion, or threatening to share a person's intimate imagery.

• Sexualising a minor, or endangering or facilitating contact with a minor.

• Trafficking of a minor, or promoting any of the above.

Woosh is designed to reduce risk to minors:

• Users must be at least 16 years old, and every account is verified by phone number.

• You are only visible to friends you have added and accepted — there is no public profile discovery.

• Location is shared only with people you allow, never publicly, and you can pause sharing or go undercover at any time.

• We review reported content and accounts and remove violations.

Anyone can report suspected CSAE or CSAM, or a concern about a minor's safety, by emailing us at hello@woosh.social. We review every report and respond within 24 hours. You can report a profile, message, picture, group or event directly from the app, and block any user at any time.

When we confirm CSAE or CSAM, we remove the content, terminate the accounts involved, and preserve relevant data. We report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the competent authorities in Belgium (including Child Focus and the Federal Police), and we cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

Woosh complies with applicable child-safety laws in the jurisdictions where it operates and reports to regional and national authorities as required.
